The top handrail is 38"   long and formed from a 1-3/4" wide, steel decorative style moulding with volutes (scrolled ends) at both ends. Posts are mounted to top handrail by simply bolting post into rotation plate using included wrenches. The posts are 36" long and constructed from heavy walled 1" square tubing with holes already drilled for easy installation into the handrail molding. Steel mounting shoes are included with set screws to attach it to the posts. The mounting shoe comes with two 3/8"+ holes in the base of it for you to fasten the railing to the floor/ground. After fabrication, all railings are sand blasted, fully primed and finished with a baked on satin black powder coat (defined below).  We also offer a two-step and three-step adjustable railing along with other post sizes.***Made in the U.S.A. by William Henry Iron Works, Inc. Thanks for looking! *******Powder Coating:****** Powder coating is one of the most durable exterior finishes available today. It is used on many metal items that are exposed to weather because, as a finish, it is the best way to insure durability, weather resistance, and color retention. A powder- coated finish consists of part paint and part polyester sealer/resin. The finish is applied as a powder electro-statically and while held to metal this way, is baked in an oven.
