    Clark's O.N.T. Mercerized Crochet Thread
    Ten Balls, Incredible Vintage Condition, in Original Box!
    What a piece of history! In the original box, there are nine balls of No. 10 thread and one ball of No. 50. The original printed tissue paper is still there. We've never seen anything like this. In the 1880's the Clark's company sponsored an American soccer team and popularized it with the product "Our New Thread." Our research has not pinpointed the year these objects were manufactured, but it probably dates to the 1940's at the very latest, and probably older.
    The box and threads are in incredible vintage condition, considering the age of the items. The glue no longer holds one part of the top of the box together, and there are some slight moisture stains. Thread is now a bit off-white due to age. The thread balls bear the tags "Made in Great Britain" and the box bears the Article No. B.4.
    This item will be carefully packed and shipped with insurance via Priority Mail to ensure its safe arrival.
