    Description

    This is a pre-owned handmade women’s White, pale blue and pink floral Civil War style skirt. (Washed & pressed) The skirt is very full and the waist has a mother of pearl buttons to fasten at gathered waist. The fabric is cotton.  There is a small hole that has been mended also the skirt hem is very stained (see pictures)
