Steel Bracket Sign Hanger Mount w/ Painted Black White Spotted Loon Bird Top

This item is a USED Steel Bracket Sign Mount / Hanger with a Metal Painted Black with White Spotted Loon Duck on Top.  The actual bracket shows ware with surface rust both top and bottom.  The painted loon appears to be in very good shape with little loss of coloring - See pictures.  The Steel Bracket measures approx. 16 1/4" long (out from wall/ post) x approx. 8" high (part that attaches to wall / post - there are two screw holes on this side) x approx. 1 1/4" wide top surface.  The Metal Loon / Duck measures approx. 11" long x approx. 5 1/4" tall x approx. 1/4 wide and looks to be hand painted - no signature.  There are two eye screws underneath which hold the duck on and will hold a sign on - these measures approx. 6.5" from centers of each eye/ hole.
