1) We use recycled materials to ship in. You may receive recycled packaging. This helps keep our prices low and helps the . Rest assured, however, your item will not ship in an unsafe manner and will arrive safe and sound.
2) Trust me, I'm not an expert on a darn thing, really. I simply list what I have. Every item is described as accurately as possible, if you have questions, ask before bidding
3) Refunds will be given if I have grossly misrepresented the item and I do make mistakes once in a while. I'm more than willing to give a full refund as well as return shipping. I will only refund up to the original price of shipping for return shipping. Returns need to be within 30 days. Please contact me ASAP with any concerns. Since I do allow returns please do not open a case I will work with you.
