Vtg Antique Victorian Wire Tin Bisque Doll Dress Form Manequin

Sweet little wire from or mannequin. Rare.
I believe the vintage is the early 1900's.
I am selling as I found it.
Appears to be made of tin. Has oxidation/rust and dust/dirt particles from long storage. The bottom is bent...so it stands a little crooked ... I did not want to try to straighten. I have a 12 inch ruler in the picture and in two pictures I have a 36 inch ruler to see the overall height and it looks like from the picture it is about 14 inches tall from base to top.
